📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Help organize and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation processes.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Support the People Operations team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
• Help maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
