🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss prevention, retail security, or audit compliance.
• Proven track record in conducting audits and inventory checks.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and loss prevention software such as SAP or Oracle.
