📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a two-phase hiring strategy to build a high-performing customer service team
• Manage job postings on various platforms and screen candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit for our customer service roles
• Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Identify, attract, and onboard top talent to support customer service operations
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve our hiring process
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Maintain a database of candidate information and track recruitment progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of telecommunication industry and customer service operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics tools
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
