📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or B2B industry.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
