As a Customs Clearance & Export-Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating customs clearance procedures, managing import-export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline trade operations and enhance efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Manage and maintain import-export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and track shipments through the supply chain, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline trade operations and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws, staying updated on changes and new requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to staff on customs clearance procedures and documentation requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses on trade performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance, export-import coordination, or a related field.
• Familiarity with customs regulations, import-export procedures, and international trade laws.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
