Aadi Export (HK) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our woven garments production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, a passion for garment manufacturing, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process for woven garments, ensuring compliance with international standards and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to maintain high standards of quality.,Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and findings.,Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize production processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Textile Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the woven garments industry.,Strong knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO, BSCI, and Oeko-Tex.,Familiarity with quality management systems and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.
