📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the branch and enhance customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.,Monitor and analyze branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other departments within the organization.,Ensure that the branch complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company at internal and external events, as required.,Develop and implement training programs to help staff members improve their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as ERP systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
