📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and board members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
