📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our company.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and assist them throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the logistics or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
