📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining patient rooms.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of healthcare policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification as required by the Indonesian Nursing Board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.
