📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
