📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all store processes are running efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the store's operations are running smoothly.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all store standards and procedures are being followed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store operations and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or operations industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on key performance indicators.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
