  • Manage a team of kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including proper storage and disposal of food.

  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of food inventory, usage, and waste.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role in the food service industry.
