📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
• Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and compliance with labor laws.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Provide HR consulting and advice to line managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR initiatives.
• Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software like SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and Workday.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
