Village Camp Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Distribution Officer to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the distribution of products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution.
  • Monitor and report on distribution performance and KPIs.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints related to distribution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution team.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing distribution operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with distribution software and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
