📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, ideate, and prototype solutions to user needs.,Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for our digital products.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides.,Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms and touchpoints.,Mentor and support junior designers in the team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.,Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.,Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
