ION Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Deputy Security to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain security systems and protocols.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.,Investigate and respond to security incidents.,Coordinate with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed.,Ensure compliance with all security regulations and company policies.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and detailed security records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Knowledge of security systems, equipment, and protocols.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SATPAM, Security Supervisor).,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations regarding security.
