📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales promotions, including setting up displays, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.,Support the sales team by providing information and assistance to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events, such as workshops, product launches, and sales campaigns.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in promotional materials and messaging.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the training and development of new sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales promotion techniques and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
