📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating F&B operations to ensure high standards of service.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service quality.,Participate in regular meetings and staff training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Proven experience in managing and training staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
