📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement store expansion strategies to increase market presence and capture new customer segments.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-potential locations for new store openings.,Coordinate with site selection teams, real estate agents, and local authorities to secure prime retail locations.,Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new store openings, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timelines.,Monitor and evaluate store performance metrics to assess the success of expansion initiatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support store expansion efforts.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail expansion to drive continuous improvement.,Represent Robinsons Handyman at industry events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, store expansion, or a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of the retail market in Bali and a deep understanding of local consumer behavior.,Proven track record of successful store expansion initiatives and achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and leasing processes in Bali.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
