Tri-Dimension Metal Fabrication is seeking a skilled and experienced Project/Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of heavy fabrication projects and machinery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation and commissioning of heavy fabrication projects and machinery.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and test machinery and equipment to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, final reports, and inspection reports.,Train and mentor site supervisors and other team members on safety procedures and best practices.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy fabrication and machinery installation.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, including OSHA and other relevant standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
