In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store administration and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and enforced.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor and maintain store performance metrics and KPIs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and overseeing store operations.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail industry best practices and trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
