Laboratory Analyst - Medical Testing & Quality Control

Indonesia Defence Services is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting medical testing and quality control to ensure the highest standards of safety and health. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will perform a variety of medical tests using advanced laboratory equipment, including but not limited to, blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic procedures. Your daily tasks will involve sample collection, preparation, and analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable results. You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments, adhering to strict quality control protocols.

• Performing a wide range of medical tests including blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Collecting, preparing, and analyzing samples to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to meet industry standards.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
• Certification in medical laboratory technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, and other diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
