📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media channels.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage and grow our social media following.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for social media campaigns.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
