📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
