📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily building maintenance and operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage maintenance contracts and schedules.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Utilize SAP Facilities Management software to track and manage work orders, inventory, and assets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, with a strong background in building maintenance and operations.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance contracts and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with SAP Facilities Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations across Bali.
